Living Well Warrington shortlisted for two HSJ Digital awards

Exciting news - Living Well Warrington has been shortlisted for TWO HSJ Digital Awards:
- Driving prevention and early intervention through digital 🏆
- Reducing health inequalities through digital 🏆
Already highly commended at the HSJ Awards and highlighted as a national Neighbourhood Health Programme case study, this is a good moment to examine what makes this model successful and how it could be replicated.
This recognition also highlights the great teamwork between the Warrington Together Place Partners and how well they’ve worked together to make the most of our community platform.
In just nine months since launch, Living Well Warrington has helped thousands of people find and access local activities, groups and services, supporting people earlier and improving health and wellbeing.
The platform also gives partner organisations a shared system that supports joined-up working, reduces duplication and provides robust evidence to support funder reporting.
And this is only the start. This year, we’re working with partners and residents to design a new Community Support Finder, which will create personalised routes to the right support at the right time. You can read more in our blog here.
